it depends what kind of bird you have, but i THINK its about 8 months to a year
It depends on what kind of bird it is. Large parrots can take up to 10 years to reach sexual maturity.
Please do not consider breeding birds until you have done TONS of research, have the proper equipment, know how to hand feed chicks, and have a large vet fund saved up.
If you want specifics you have to give specifics, if you don’t tell us what kind of birds you have how can we tell you much information on them. The basics are give them atleast a year, have nest in the cage, always have cuttle bone for extra calcium, make sure the male and female aren’t related, keep track of when the first egg is layed to the last, it takes about a max of 20 days for the egg to hatch from the day it was layed and sat on, once ****** are born make sure the parents are feeding them, and make sure you provide plenty of healthy foods to keep your birds healthy and they keep the ****** healthy, the ****** won’t eat on their own until they are about 3 weeks to a month old and they are ready to venture out on their own. Those are the basics google more info on your specific bird so you are 100% prepared.
What kind of birds? It’s going to be a big difference between a finch, a chicken or a macaw…………
